On Sunday September 21 2025 the Hash House Horrors celebrated the 1000th time we came together as a community in order to explore some of Singapore’s less known parts. Over 160 Horrors rallied at Tanglin Trust School and embarked on a short and long Hash! We celebrated many 10th medals, a 25th medal and Eva “Wild Glider” Notfors 50th trophy!
Getting to 1000 Hashes is an amazing accomplishment and the list of people to thank is long.
Thank you to:
- The Tanglin Trust School for letting us use such a fantastic space
- All the volunteers who helped on the day
- Mr. Hoe and Mr. Lim for feeding and hydrating us
- The present and old Hash Committee members who carried the torch over the year.s This includes but is not limited to: Jen Cleland Ray Dural, Georgina Jonas, Roel Meulendijks, Karien Van Ditzhuijzen, Jan and James Moseley, Nick Jacobs, Kellie and Neil Steffensen, Kaz Suzuki, Chris Hoff and so, so many other who have dedicated their time, energy and love
- The Hares: This includes the Jacobs, Saunders, Campbell, Williams and Stuart-Smith families
- All the families that take their time every 2 weeks to join us in these adventures
The Hash gets us all outside in the sun, rain mud and muck. It builds memories for the Horrors and reminds the parents of their youth. Thank you all for everything you do.
We are also in need of Hares very soon, so if you love the Hash, please consider setting one for the community.
We need Hares on:
October 19
November 2
November 16

December 14
We have routes and experts to help you so please reach out if you are ready for an adventure!
See you somewhere on the island on October 5
